Users are responsible for accurate submissions, access safety, source permissions, and avoiding data that has not been approved for the current handling path.
Client-specific information and Valdris reusable operating-system materials stay separated unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Website copy, operating-system structure, templates, diagrams, documentation, software, and internal methods remain Valdris materials unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Client-owned information remains client-owned. Valdris may use it only to perform approved work, maintain evidence trails, or operate the agreed system.
Generalized patterns, methods, workflows, and reusable software may become Valdris reusable IP when separated from client-specific information.
The app and website are live operating surfaces. They depend on source systems and infrastructure that can change over time.
